VIESTE, LLC and International Facilities Group were retained by the City of Glendale to serve as the owner’s representative on a $30 million judicial center. The complex contains approximately 90,000 square feet, accommodate multiple court dockets and provide auxiliary services.
Indianapolis International Airport - Indianapolis, Indiana Midfield Terminal Elevated Enplanement Drive The Indianapolis Airport Authority needed structural design for the elevated enplanement drive and exist and entry bridges at the Indianapolis International Airport. The elevated roadway supports needed to accommodate loads and geometrics of the pedestrian bridge from the parking garages to the terminal as well as exterior canopies. Level 5 Engineering was the structural design firm of record for this project. Design and construction documents were provided for the elevated enplanement drive, entrance and exit bridges to the elevated south entry drive and access ramps, first level arrival road and servicing baggage area, and curbs, walks and pedestrian ways.
Wabash AgPark - Wabash County, Indiana VIESTE, LLC served as the Owners Representative and Capital Program Manager for the Economic Development Group of Wabash County, Inc (EDG). The EDG hired VIESTE to oversee the development of a 300-acre agricultural/industrial park in southwest Wabash County, near Lafontaine, Indiana. As the Capital Program Manager, VIESTE was responsible for all aspects of this project. VIESTE, assisted with all local entitlement and approval procedures, including establishment of a Tax Increment Finance (TIF) District. The AgPark is designed to exploit both industrial and agricultural strengths of Wabash County, Indiana.
Dearborn County, Indiana VIESTE, LLC was retained as the capital program manager for Dearborn County, Indiana. VIESTE worked alongside the County’s independent financial advisor and assisted in the evaluation, prioritization, scheduling, financing and execution of all capital and economic development projects. The project resulted in a 10-year capital program and complementary economic development initiative.
Indianapolis Museum of Art – Indianapolis, Indiana Michael Comparato was involved in every aspect of the $109 million renovation and expansion project at the Indianapolis Museum of Art in Indianapolis, Indiana. Engaged by the Museum Director and Board of Trustees, he managed and provided oversight of the 4 ˝ year project, culminating with the grand reopening in May 2005. The project was completed both on schedule and under budget. By providing program management, budget oversight, schedule management, design management and construction management services, Mr. Comparato was able to ensure discipline and structure to the process. Upon successful culmination of this major renovation / expansion project, VIESTE was engaged in a Facilities Management initiative providing consulting and advisory services to the Museum.
Endangered Species Chocolate Company – Indianapolis, Indiana VIESTE, LLC assisted in site selection, building acquisition, design, reconstruction and commissioning for the Endangered Species Chocolate Company, who relocated its corporate headquarters from Talent, Oregon to Indianapolis, Indiana. VIESTE then advised Endangered Species through facilities management start-up and operations planning as the owner’s representative. |
