Xalapa Development Initiative - Veracruz, Mexico

VIESTE, LLC is the Program Manager for VIESTE Development, LLC on this economic development initiative in Xalapa, Mexico. VIESTE Development and its Mexican partner, Justo Fernandez Avila, have been working with the City of Xalapa and the State of Veracruz to develop three economic development projects in the City of Xalapa.

  • Convention Center - A 100,000 square foot multi-purpose facility with an estimated cost of $50 million.
  • Toll Road Connector - This primary road connecting the City of Xalapa to a new highway being built to connect the City of Veracruz and Mexico City with a projected cost of $65 million.
  • Airport Expansion - Phase 2 of the current expansion plan includes the construction of a new runway and terminal that will accommodate commercial service with a projected cost of $75 million.

    VIESTE Energy, LLC - Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona

    VIESTE, LLC represents VIESTE Energy, LLC (VELLC) as its Capital Program Manager in its MSW-derived biomass-to-energy portfolio initiative. VELLC is currently in the pre-development phase of a 750+/- ton per day MSW-derived Biomass-to-Energy project in the southwestern United States area. The estimated total development cost of this initiative is expected to be $90 million.

     

    VIESTE Development, LLC - Latin America

    VIESTE, LLC is assisting VIESTE Development, LLC with a regional initiative in Mexico and Latin America. VIESTE is providing Program Management and Consulting Services for these projects that include both infrastructure and economic development.
